Sending a File

  1. Select Partnership

Choose which partnership to use for sending. This determines the destination, encryption, and signing settings.

  2. Upload Your EDI File

Drag and drop your EDI file or click to browse. Supported formats: .edi, .txt, .x12 (up to 10MB).

  3. Click Send File

The file will be encrypted, signed, and sent to your trading partner's AS2 endpoint.

  4. Monitor Status

Watch the Recent Send History for status updates. A successful send will show "MDN Saved" when the receipt is received.

Message Status Reference

For a complete list of all message statuses and their meanings, see the Message Status Reference in the Message Tracking documentation.

MDN (Message Disposition Notification)

AS2 uses MDN receipts as proof of delivery. When your partner receives your message successfully, they send back a signed MDN confirming receipt. This provides non-repudiation - proof that they received it.
